1. For gas boilers, if the fire is not ignited once, the furnace flue must be purged again before the second ignition can be carried out.

2. In order to prevent gas explosion accidents, the gas boiler not only needs to purge the boiler furnace and flue gas channel before starting, but also needs to purge the gas supply pipeline. Inert gas (such as nitrogen, carbon dioxide, etc.) is generally used as the purging medium for the gas supply pipeline, and air with a certain flow and flow rate is used as the purging medium for the purging of the boiler furnace and flue.

3. In the absence of anti-corrosion or condensate collection measures at the tail of the boiler, the gas-fired boiler should try to avoid long-term operation under low load or low parameters.

4. During the combustion adjustment process of the gas boiler, in order to ensure the combustion quality, the exhaust gas components must be tested to determine the excess air coefficient and incomplete combustion. Generally speaking, the carbon monoxide content should be lower than 100ppm during the operation of the gas boiler, and the excess air coefficient should not exceed 1.1 to 1.2 during high load operation; under low load conditions, the excess air coefficient should not exceed 1.3.

5. The stoker should always pay attention to the opening and closing of the gas valve. The gas pipeline must not leak. If there is an abnormal situation, such as abnormal smell in the boiler room, the burner cannot be turned on. The ventilation should be checked in time, the smell should be eliminated, and the valve should be checked. Only when it is normal can it be put into operation.

6. For gas boilers burning liquid gas, special attention should be paid to the ventilation conditions of the boiler room. Because liquid gas is heavier than air, in case of leakage, it is very easy to cause liquid gas to condense and spread on the ground, resulting in a vicious explosion accident.

7. After stopping for a period of time or checking the pipeline, when the single-column hydraulic press is put into operation again, the open valve should be opened and the air should be released for a period of time. The air release time should be determined according to the length of the pipeline and the type of gas. If the boiler is out of use for a long time, the main gas supply valve should be cut off and the vent valve should be closed.

8. The gas pressure should not be too high or too low, and should be operated within the set range. The specific parameters are provided by the boiler manufacturer. When the boiler is running for a period of time and it is found that the gas pressure is lower than the set value, the gas company should be contacted in time to check whether the gas supply pressure has changed. After the burner has been running for a period of time, it is necessary to check whether the filter in the pipeline is clean in time. If the air pressure drops a lot, there may be too much gas impurities and the filter is blocked. It should be removed and cleaned, and the filter element should be replaced if necessary.

9. The operation manual provided by the boiler manufacturer and the burner manufacturer should be followed, and the manual should be placed in a place where it is easy to read for easy reference. If there is an abnormal situation and the problem cannot be solved, you should contact the boiler factory or the gas company in time depending on the nature of the problem, and the maintenance should be carried out by professional maintenance personnel.

10. Comply with the national regulations on gas. Do not use fire at will in the boiler room, and it is strictly forbidden to perform electric welding and gas welding beside the gas pipeline.
